The client has been accepted as a participant in one of our courses, as written in the acceptance letter.
All courses are given at our office at Louis Couperusplein 2 in The Hague, unless agreed otherwise.
The client should pay the invoice for the course in full before the first day of the course.
Cancellation policy: once enrollment for the course has been confirmed, a course can only be cancelled in writing. Up till three weeks before the course starts, the complete fee of the course will be refunded. Up till one week before the course starts, 50% of the course fee will be refunded. If a course is cancelled within seven days before the start of the course, 25% of the course fee will be refunded.
Linden Languages has no obligation to compensate for missed lessons or if a student drops out after the course has started.
Coffee, tea and study materials are included in the price.
Our group classes are never bigger than ten participants.
The minimum number of participants in each group course is 4. In the unlikely case that there are fewer than 4 participants, we will have to cancel the course and we will pay you back the full amount.
Transport to and from our language school is not included in the price.
